The all-electronic dispensers whose dispensing pressure, temperature and retract vacuum are program-controlled rely on time-pressure-technology. This allows reliable dispensing of very small dots and lines of liquid to pasty material either as 1K-type or 2K-type.
In addition, a sensor measures the material temperature inside the dispensing pen and the control unit compensates the material-specific change in viscosity. You can add your own material to the already existing material library to define essential material parameter and limit values.

The fully electronic dispensers whose dispensing pressure, temperature and retract vacuum, are program-controlled, use the volumetric time-pressure-technology. This allows reliable dispensing of very small dots and lines of liquid to pasty material either as 1K-type or 2K-type.
You can add your own material to the already existing material library to define essential material parameter and limit values.
Nozzle heaters are already integrated in the dispensing heads. Furthermore, the cartridge heater can be attached to the CLEVER DISPENSE 06 H which allows the material temperature to be adjusted and controlled. A USB or a TCP/IP interface is provided for communication between dispenser and process computer.

The DOTLINER 08 is a high-precision dispensing robot suited for prototyping and small series production as well as developing tasks in the field of micro dispensing processes.

The DOTLINER 08 combines a high-precision dispenser and XYZ gantry system. Enabled by volumetric time-pressure dispensing technology, smallest volumes are dispensed as dot, line or meander shapes with highest repeatability and remain unaffected by changing environmental influences. Intuitive design, fast process changes as well as the possibility to process a wide range of different materials are characteristic features of the device.
Cartridge and dispensing nozzle can be tempered independently, the dispensing nozzle is heatable as standard. This allows repeatable dispensing results due to a constant viscosity of the medium as well as the use of temperature sensitive materials.

PROFI DISPENSE 06 H are professional dispensing devices equipped with the same technology as the CLEVER DISPENSE 06 H. With their extremely flat housing format and the remote dispensing head these devices are the professional solution to be integrated in automation technology. In application of dispensing technology in mechanical engineering long hoses may occur between dispensing control and dispensing head.
To avoid associated disadvantages, the control electronics and dispensing pneumatic (PM 06) of the PROFI DISPENSE 06 are divided into two individual modules. The main benefits include the small dimensions of the control unit and pneumatic module as well as its ability to dispense with accuracy.
All application parameter like dispensing pressure, retract vacuum or nozzle- and cartridge temperature are parameterized by the PC or the system control. This provides complete control of the dispensing process. The devices are designed for dispensing small dots and fine lines of liquid to pasty material either as 1K-type or 2K-type.
A network interface for integration is standard equipment as well as a USB and the I/O interface for controlling the dispensing pulse by TTL or 24V signals.

The SMART DISPENSE 06 is a professional dispensing device for manual tasks where high precision and repeat accuracy are essential. It’s easy to switch between and set up the various base parameters. Temperature insulated dispensing pens are available for common cartridge sizes in order to prevent the material from heating up during the dispensing application.
Furthermore, 1K material can be processed reliably, whether in liquid or paste form.
For materials with a low viscosity, the formation of drops at the dispensing needle is prevented through a retract vacuum.

The SMART DISPENSE 06 is a professional dispensing device for manual tasks where high precision and repeat accuracy are essential.These dispensers also allow heating the dispensing nozzle. A temperature sensor inside the dispensing pen measures the cartridge temperature. Temperature insulated dispensing pens are available for common cartridge sizes in order to prevent the material from heating up during the dispensing application.
When highly viscous materials are used, the viscosity setting can be adjusted in the dispensing pen via an optionally integrated nozzle heater. Furthermore, 1K material can be processed reliably, whether in liquid or paste form. For materials with a low viscosity, the formation of drops on the dispensing needle is prevented through a manual retract vacuum.
