3 working modes:

In Continuous Mode solder wire is fed while the button keeps pressed. Discontinuous Mode allows the configuration of the speed and the solder wire amount that will be fed on each click. Program Mode enables the operator to configurate 3 consecutive feeding steps, obtaining a more dynamic and efficient soldering. Up to 5 programs can be set.

Solder Wire Perforation:

The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder and flux splashing when soldering.

The included GALE10V Guide Kit makes this station compatible with Ø 1.0 mm / 0.04 in single-core solder wire. If you require a different guide-kit size, please contact us.

Such effects help save the amount of activator needed for oxidation prevention, as well as the activator capping technique which allows maximum activation strength when the solder is molten.

The flux formulation of S3X58-HF1100 solder paste is specifically designed to exhibit enhanced flux coagulation at the time when the solder starts to melt.Instant coagulation and evacuation of the liquified flux when the solder gets molten, brings about various benefits in soldering performance such as reduction in voiding rate and flux splattering, and improved wetting and ICT properties.
