Terms of delivery

If the item is in stock, we deliver within 1-3 business days.

If the item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date as soon as we receive information from the supplier.

 

We adhere to delivery terms according to IML2009.

Sweden and EU 

Minimum order value 500 SEK excluding VAT.

Additional charges for packaging, pallets, handling, and shipping may apply.

 

Countries outside of EU

Minimum order value 1,500 SEK plus tax.

Costs for packaging, handling, and freight might be added.

Fees for customs handling and freight booking to countries outside the EU:

• In cases where the customer utilizes Matronic's freight agreement, an administration fee of 1500 SEK is charged. Freight costs and full-value insurance are additional.

• In cases where the customer has their own freight agreement and Matronic arranges the pickup of the goods, an administration fee of 500 SEK is charged.

• In cases where the customer has their own freight agreement and arranges the freight themselves, no fees apply.
