The stencil cleaning rolls are manufactured the UK using a non-woven material, with a blend of polyester and cellulose, combined using a process called Hydroentanglement, where the lengthy fibres are knitted together using high pressure jets, no glue or binder are used. this offers the soft strength of polyester with the high absorbency of cellulose for critical cleaning. These interlaced fibres will not unravel and have very low linting properties. Which gives you the optimal cleaning needed.
All rolls are wound on to fully recyclable cardboard and plastic cores to suit each machine and packed in ESD safe bags.
