Shielded Cushion Pouches provide full protection from ESD and mechanical damage. Manufactured from static shielding film and three-layer which is heat sealable. These bags give full ESD protection for ESD assemblies. All pouches have a 30mm fold-over flap.
The shielding film products consist of three main layers:
● An outer layer which is a laminate consisting of a protective metallized film surface
(the shielding function component) laminated to an PE/PET film layer
● A middle “bubble” layer which consists of a thermoformed antistatic PE-film
● An inner layer which is a antistatic PE-film
These three main component layers are combined into a solid structure in a thermolaminating process.
The total thickness of the material is 100-140 μ.
